These Terms of Service govern your use of FABIS AI LLC's services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
FABIS AI provides AI voice agent and SMS notification services for restaurants and businesses. Services include inbound call answering, order and reservation management, and transactional SMS messaging.
FABIS AI sends transactional SMS messages on behalf of restaurant clients. Message types include:
Message frequency: Varies based on customer interactions. Typically 1–3 messages per transaction.
Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message. To get help, reply HELP.

Clients may not use FABIS AI services to:
Services are billed monthly. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled with 7 days written notice to support@fabis.ai.
FABIS AI's liability is limited to fees paid in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
